MELISSA –
I bought this dress for my niece because we were having no luck at all whatsoever with finding a dress for her and we were getting down to the wire.
Wedding dress sizes are just discouraging as it is and she was definitely discouraged.
When I saw this dress, I thought it was simple, but still it was just elegant enough with the beading on the corset to be just what my niece was looking for.
I didn’t tell her & I ordered it on a whim. When it arrived two months later, it was in perfect condition. I did have it pressed because it is in a small package, so just keep that in mind. And that can get costly. Some cleaners don’t like to even touch wedding dresses BEFORE the big day.
But, the dress itself is light compared to most which is nice. It makes a huge difference in how the bride carries herself throughout the wedding & even how the dress photographs. Not to mention how the dress itself flows.
One thing I was worried about was the brightness of the dress because it ended up being white. But it wasn’t a fluorescent white, it was more of a muted, toned down creamy white & it was wonderful on her wedding day.
Needless to say, my niece was so happy when she saw the dress and all her worries about the rest of the details really did seem to melt away after she knew she finally had something to wear that was going to fit beautifully and that she was going to be comfortable in as well.
What a day!thank God I did.
